Green Office Partner ranked #1 on Crain’s 2023 List of Best Places to Work in Chicago!

CHICAGO, September 13, 2023 – Crain’s Chicago Business today announced that Green Office Partner ranked #1 on Crain’s 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago!

Crain’s Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, to identify the windy city’s best businesses to work for. The group surveyed employees across Chicago, gathering insights about their experiences at each company Crain’s considered for the list.

The list was ranked from #100 to #1 on September 13, 2023, during their annual awards luncheon. 

The criteria for being chosen for this list involves an extensive review of each company’s practices, including retention, company culture, benefits, and office perks, among others. 

Crain’s Chicago Business says that the theme of this year’s list is ‘flexibility.’ 

“From encouraging staff to work from home to offering the freedom to work asynchronously or take time off for family caretaking, top employers are making a real effort to improve their employees’ work-life balance,” reads Crain’s website.

In Chicago, a city with over 100,000 registered businesses, Crain’s Chicago Business listed Green Office Partner as the #1 best place to work in Chicago.
