At Green Office Partner, the well-being of our team members and clients are our number one priority. With the ever-changing state of the Covid-19 crisis and to support the stabilization of the pandemic by following numerous Governor's shelter in place orders, Green Office Partner is taking several steps to ensure the safety of our team members and to protect the health of our clients.
First, we have implemented our Disaster Preparedness Plan and have designed our business to withstand extreme external threats, with minimal impact to our clients. So rest assured, we are here to assist you during this crisis.
Second, we provided the capability to and mobilized 100% of our staff to work remotely. To support this effort, we have routed all calls to our 24-hour live operator call center. The call center representative will field your call, gather all necessary information and email the request to an appropriate member of our team and/or help desk. If you are calling during regular business hours, you can expect a callback from a Green Office Partner support team member within 5-30 mins. If you are calling after hours, you will receive a call back on the next business day. Please remember, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or using the support app on the device are very efficient options to open a support call, as well.
Third, we have temporarily suspended non-essential travel. This does not affect Field Service Repair. Green Office Partner's Help Desk is standing by to assist with remote triage and solve services. Xerox Field Service continues to operate in full swing and your on-site repair calls will continue to be handled, as requested. Please note, that due to the pandemic, Xerox techs must follow a protocol before arriving on-site, which will require you to verify some additional information. So please be patient as we work to protect the health and safety of all parties. Our sales and customer service teams have been fully equipped with online meeting capabilities and are happy to address any of your needs via an online video conference. Xerox’s Online Demo Center Team is also standing by to demonstrate any device, technology or app you may desire.
Pending installations will be handled on a case by case basis. Any installations and onboardings that are capable of being done remotely will be addressed in that manner. If your installation requires an on-site presence, your account manager will be in touch to work out a plan.
